Cricut Cartridge Chaos Challenge #7

I've made my first card using my Gypsy and I'm so excited!!! I have to be honest, the Gypsy has intimated me since I got it, but I decided that today was the day that we would get to know each other a little better. And what better way to break in the Gypsy than to work on a project for a challenge.

Two Scraptastic Gals along with Paula "More Than Favors" are hosting the CCCC #7 using the Paisley cartridge. After playing around with a few of the images, this is what I came up with:

For the nesting doll I used glitter paper along with a Peachy Keen Stamp from the "Laffy Taffy" set. I also tried my first rolled paper flower inspired by a recent Ustream hosted by Alex "You Had Me At Craft" & Ruthie "September Ninth", which was a BLAST! And if you aren't busy on March 18th they will be hosting another Ustream and I would HIGHLY recommend you join the fun, you won't regret it!!!
